“First visit. Only had oil change and tire rotation to test service and technicians. Impressed with both. For example, told me that rear light burned out and brake fluid dirty, so had work done. Also, shocks need to be replaced at some point especially the front ones, which I was already aware of as ride is getting bouncy. Most likely will have work done by Precision. Always had car serviced by dealer and never felt comfortable about service recommended as I thought price quotes very high. Andy, owner’s son, is personable, struck me as being honest, and desire to please customers.”

“I had some issues with my car. First my oil needed to be changed, my headlight was out and my coolant light came on. Being a lady, I don’t know much about cars and I usually take my car to the deal when I was under warranty. Now that my car isn’t under warranty, I felt like the dealer wasn’t being clear when I asked what could be wrong when my coolant light came on. When I was referred to Precision Auto, they saw me the same day I called and EXPLAINED everything and was taken care of the same day. Not to mention that they squeezed me into their schedule. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off, I felt like they were honest and customer service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and I am so happy I found I new mechanic.”
