How can we make your oil change more convenient?

Hey everybody!

We know how hard it is to get your car into an auto shop, which is why keeping things convenient for our clients is our goal. We go above and beyond for every person who walks in our door. Here are a few amenities that make getting your oil changed a snap.
  1. Our Courtesy Shuttle Service

  2. Our 24-hour Key Pickup Service

  3. Rental cars on-site

  4. Concierge service from the Marc train station

Our courtesy shuttle service will drop you off at home or work (anywhere within a 5-mile radius) when you drop off your vehicle. Then when you're all finished, we can pick you back up and have your vehicle waiting at the front door when you arrive. Customer convenience is our goal! Our 24-hour key pickup service is like a key vending machine. If you need to pick up after we close or before we open, we can set you up with this service. If you need to pick up over the weekend, we can help! Our rental cars are reserved for our clients that live or work too far for our courtesy shuttle to drive. We keep them on-site and all we need is a copy of the declarations page of your insurance. If you ever need a rental, please feel free to ask! We realized so many of our clients park their vehicles at the Marc Station all day and have no time to get them serviced. To help, we started our concierge service. We'll meet you at the station in the morning to retrieve your key, we'll hold your parking space with one of our rental cars and while you're at work we'll service your vehicle. Then, when your service is finished we can take payment over the phone and return your car to your parking spot, where we'll be waiting with your keys. Part of being a small family owned and operated business is that we understand that life happens, and every day is full of new surprises. That's why our motto is "to deliver a service experience beyond the customer's expectations!" Thank you for choosing Precision Auto!
